Therefore, it will be examined whether the damnification is a result of the persecution or not. Those estimates are often the reason for a legal quarrel between persecuted people and the competent authorities. The competent authorities oftentimes deny a follow-up examination in the home country, because they affirm that the claim is not adequately substantiated.
