You can go to court and apply for an interim injunction. That for a lawyer is not required, so you can do it on your own in general. Speaking from our own experience, people file an application concerning interim injunctions incompletely. This is the reason why often the interim injunction provides cover not efficiently. Hence, it is very important to file an application tailored to the individual situation in order to cover as best as possible.
Since e.g. a restraining means an extensive encroachment upon the basic rights of the offender and the case is checked summarily by the court, the application is checked for commensurability by the court and enacted limited in time.
Thus it is often useful to plead an action for injunction in court against the offender as principal proceedings, in order to expand the time-limit and to enforce a claim by legal action for damages.
