Evidence of beneficiary
Concerning claims against the BADV and the JCC, your capacity as a beneficiary has to be proofed by a certificate of inheritance or by probate. We apply the certificate of inheritance for you.
According to § 31 (1c) Vermögensgesetz, in exceptional cases it may be sufficient to proof the capacity of an heir in a more facile way.
We draw up the applications for you which must be notarized or authenticated by a German consulate general. Often, even foreign certificates of inheritance are sufficient. Thereby, the specific characteristics of the respective inheritance law must be considered.
