Damage due to persecution
According to the law, the damage is caused by persecution when it occurred by compulsory sale, expropriation or otherwise. As precondition, the injured party must have been citizen or member of an organisation, which suffered under racial, political, religious or ideological persecution. That mainly concerns former Jewish citizens.
