For Nazi-victims who filed a claim for restitution until 1965 due to damages caused to their health or bodily injury, may demand a recalculation of their pension claim if a late sequela arouse or became worse. If by means of the recalculation a reduction of earning capacity due to Nazi-persecution (vMdE) of 25% is ascertained for the first time, the pension will be at least 455 Euro per month. When indicated, this amount might be higher. The difference will be paid with retrospective effect.

Widows and widowers of Persons who received a pension corresponding to the BEG should have checked, if they qualify for a widow´ s pension, especially, if the cause of death is a conditional upon the Nazi-persecution.
